Excellent service

I bought a Russell Hobbs cooker hood and found it had no filter included. I complained to Russell Hobbs but got no reply. I then ordered filters through Amazon but these proved not to fit! When I discovered these filters online I ordered them and they arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Thank you!
