We are unable to refund delivery charges for delayed parcels as this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not guaranteed.

Once we have received your return we'll process it as soon as possible.

We are unable to offer exchanges due to logistics and processing issues. Please return your order for a refund, then reorder the correct items once you're ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a direct link to the couriers website to track the progress of your delivery.

The cooker hood model number is usually found inside the cooker hood itself or on the side of the cooker hood case. To check inside, you will probably need to remove your current filter(s).

The model number will usually be printed on a sticker or stamped on a
plate consisting of numbers and letters.
