We ordered 2 grease filters but they were incorrect (our fault). We received the correct ones and returned the others which were refunded quickly. Excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
We do have the product fit as described. Looking forward to its long use.

I was delighted to be able to trace the appropriate filter for the cooker hood in the kitchen of a house we'd just bought. The seller - a landlord - had not bothered to fit filters to the hood, and so we were left with a detective job to trace the correct ones. Thank you CookerHood filters!!

Bought these filters; after, twice, buying much more expensive filters from other companies that said that their filters would fit my model cooker hood. They didn’t. So when I bought these I had pretty much lost hope that I would be able to get any to fit. I was even thinking of changing the whole cooker hood because of it. However, despite being cheaper than the previous ones I’d bought, they arrived quicker than expected, and happily they fit perfectly. I’ll definitely will use this company again when these need replacing. Highly recommend.
