Carbon filter replacements for my cooker hood

I ordered my filters online which thankfully is a simple procedure as being a person of a certain age & a bit of a technophobe this can be a bit of a trial on some other websites. My order arrived 48 hours later & I could track it all the way which was brilliant as I could be at home for the delivery. Have used this firm before & keep it in my "favourite" file as will definitely use again as simple & efficient, even when I had to ring up the 1st time I used them, the customer service operator went above & beyond my expectations. It is lovely to find old fashioned customer service & efficiency which is sadly lacking in other companies I have had dealings with. So 5 stars from me !!
